    13:00- Medical-naturopathic body analysis with special attention to the detection of emotional causes of physical problems, personalized consultation in the order of arrivals. Harmonizing body and soul with Hawaiian Lomi-lomi massage. (30 min. gratis treatment) 
    17:00–17.30 Informative wellness, medical-naturopathic lecture about the importance of relaxation and focus, relaxation techniques, the role of imagination. 
    17:30-19:00 Acquiring meridian massage techniques of the Far-East, on massage mattress, in loose-fitting clothing. An unforgettable experience and useful knowledge at all walks of life 
    20:00- What do emotional conflicts and stress mean? The role and goal of alarming distress signs of our body. Guided meditation, chat, answers from the instructor.

     

    Day 2:
    08:00-09:00 Japanese block release spine exercise 
    09:00-10:00 Breakfast
    11:00-12:00 Holistic drawing course, we learn to recognize beauty. we step into the world of dreams! 
    12:00-13:00 Optional: Holistic drawing course II., harmonizing hand-, face-, and head massage 
    13:00-15:00 Lunch, optional programs (massages, biophysical methods, meditation) 
    The package contains 60 min. lymphatic-drainage massage. Recommended, optional: 30 min. reflexology treatment, lava stone massage, Tibetan sound massage.
    15:00-17:00 Optional: Holistic drawing course for a rich, colourful self-expression. 
    17:00-18:00 Learning acupressure points and breathing exercises
    18:00-19:00 Optional: Acquiring meridian massage techniques of the Far-East so that we can help our friends and families, too. (on massage mattress, in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing)
